Rock Water and Co. System Warranty

Rock Water and Co. stands behind the quality of our water treatment systems and the work our technicians perform. The following limited warranties apply to the original purchaser of each system, subject to the conditions and limitations below.

Warranty Conditions & Limitations

• Coverage applies only where the system is installed, operated, and maintained per Rock Water and Co. guidelines.
• This warranty is extended solely to the original purchaser of the system and is non-transferable; it does not apply to any subsequent owner, even if the system remains at the original installation address.
• Excludes damage from improper installation, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or environmental factors (flooding, freezing, contaminants beyond spec).
• Repairs or replacement parts do not extend or restart the original warranty period.
• This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Rock Water and Co. is responsible only for failures directly attributable to our workmanship, not for defects in third-party manufacturer components (see Section 2).
• Total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the system. Not liable for incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages.
• The customer bears the burden of showing a claimed defect falls within this warranty. Rock Water and Co. may inspect the system before approving any claim.
• To file a claim, contact Rock Water and Co. Customer Support with proof of purchase and installation documentation.

Manufacturer-Backed Component Warranty

Rock Water and Co. also passes through manufacturer warranties on the components below, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Important Notes

• Replacement parts are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period and must be installed by a Rock Water and Co.-approved technician; other installers void this coverage.
• Labor for component replacement is not included and is billed separately unless covered under Section 1.

Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by: misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents; improper installation or unauthorized repairs; acts of nature; water conditions that foul filters, resins, or membranes; or modification, tampering, or service by a technician not approved by Rock Water and Co.

Warranty Claim Requirements

To process a claim, the customer must provide: valid proof of purchase, installation documentation, and a return authorization number issued by Rock Water and Co. Claims that are incomplete, untimely, or involve a system not maintained per our guidelines may be declined.

Disclaimer

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS PROVIDED IN PLACE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ROCK WATER AND CO.'S TOTAL LIABILITY, WHETHER FOR WORKMANSHIP OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SYSTEM, AND ROCK WATER AND CO. IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
